Solving Winterboard (updated)

If you use Winterboard to handle your themes in 2.0, there’s something I thought you might want to know. As you may or may not know, Winterboard takes its themes from two location since Winterboard is said to be the big brother of Summerboard:
/Library/Themes/
var/root/Library/Summerboard/Themes
However for some reason or the other, you might notice that neither locations are avaiable when you SSH into your iPod. I’ve noticed this and wondered if there was something wrong with the information I was reading or just something wrong that I was doing. It seems that your iPod has another location that Winterboard looks at for your themes that’s not written about anywhere [that I've found]:
var/root/Stash/Themes.unAS5y/
I have no idea why it does this – maybe it’s just mine. You can use this folder to store your themes in the same format as before and in the same way: with your Wallpaper.png, Dock.png, and Icons folder. Wiith Winterboard though, you can do even more here with this folder. If you’re familiar with using SSH to handle image files such as sliders and badges, you know how scattered their folder locations. With Winterboard, it makes this process much easier!
- Create a folder inside the “Themes.unASSy” folder naming it whatever you want – it’s your theme!
- In your new themes’ folder, create a folder named “Bundles”
- Inside this Bundes folder, create two separate folders, ”com.apple.springboard” and “com.apple.TelephonyUI”
- Inside the “springboard” folder, place your badge image file (e.g. SBBadgeBG.png)
- Inside the “TelephonyUI” folder, place your slider image files (e.g. bottombarknobgray.png)
UPDATE: This was a mistake on my part. The Themes folder that I couldn’t find is actually located in /Library and is a shortcut to the Themes.unASSy folder. I just found it the connection.
